By accessing our Website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

This Website is operated by RewardingKids (ABN 26 387 693 671), based in Western Australia. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean RewardingKids. When we say “you” or “your,” we mean the parent, guardian, or user accessing our Website.

2. Digital Product License & Usage

When you purchase the 106-Chart Mega Bundle or any other digital product from RewardingKids, you are purchasing a single-user, personal-use license.

  • What you CAN do: You may download, save, edit, and print the PDF files as many times as you like for your own immediate family or household use.

  • What you CANNOT do: You may not share the digital files with other families, distribute them online, upload them to public servers, alter the designs to claim them as your own, or resell the files (digitally or physically) in any capacity.

All designs, artwork, and copy remain the exclusive intellectual property of RewardingKids.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our Website are stated in USD (unless otherwise noted) and represent a one-time payment. We do not charge recurring monthly or annual subscription fees for our chart bundles.

We use secure, third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe and PayPal) to process transactions. We reserve the right to change the pricing of our products at any time, but any changes will not affect past purchases.

4. Refunds & Our 14-Day Guarantee

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. That is why we offer a 14-Day “Peace of Mind” Guarantee.

If you purchase our digital charts, use them as directed, and do not see a positive shift in your family’s routine within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at support@rewardingkids.com.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition to our voluntary 14-day guarantee, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

5. Member Accounts

When you make a purchase, a Member Dashboard account is created for you to securely access your digital files.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.

  • You agree not to share your login credentials with anyone outside of your immediate household.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious activity, such as unusually high download volumes or simultaneous logins from multiple geographic locations, which may indicate unauthorized file sharing.

6. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

The reward charts, parenting guides, and behavior contracts provided by RewardingKids are intended as general educational and organizational tools for parents.

They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or behavioral therapy advice. Every child is unique, and our products may not work for every situation. If you have serious concerns about your child’s behavior or development, please consult a qualified pediatrician or child psychologist.

Our Website or member area may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by RewardingKids. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Website shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Western Australia.
